Admission Procedure & Guide Lines For admission

1.Application for admission into the college shall be made in the prescribed from attached with the prospectus.

2.Application from dully filled in and accompanied by the attested copies of all relevant testimonials and documents must reach the college office within the last date as notified.

3.All admission are provisional and subject to the approval of AHSEC/Gauhati University.

4.There is provision for the reservation of seats for SC, ST & OBC and most other backword Candidates as per Govt. rule.

5.Candidate Seeking admission shall have to produce the following original documents at the time of admission.

a.Marks sheet of last qualifying examination.
b.Pass certificate from the Head Master/Principal of the institution last attended.
c.Admit Card.
d.Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC along with a photo copy of the same.
e.Migration Certificate with a photo copy of the same for students from Board/ Council other than SEBA.
f.Transfer Certificate for students coming from and transferred to other Institution.
g.Gap Certificate from a Govt. Gazetted officer (for Candidates who passed the qualifying exam earlier than the current year).
h.Three copies of recent Passport size photographs.

6.Seat capacity in H.S. 1st year class is 200 & the admission will purely be on merit basis.

7.Seat capacity in each elective subject of B.A. 1st Semester class is limited for 100 seats only & the seat capacity is likely to increase with the increase in accommodation capacity.

In case of submission of fake documents or suppression of facts or furnishing of incorrect information detected after submission, her admission shall stand to be cancelled.
